`-h` is a pretty obvious flag for help. Also it seems awkward to me to keep an odd one out there. Lets see what @Ali-Razmjoo thinks.
I believe we should ask user to give some other value for encoding. The user might prefer certain values over other.

@jowasp Pressing Tab twice (when you have not filled anything) is normal behaviour. If you have more than 1 match to your autocomple query you'll have to press TAB twice...
