Maybe try reinstalling gb studio? Or make sure windows defender isn't blocking it through smart app control.

I'm not someone who can help you with this, but maybe it would help if you included screenshots so that the development team can understand your issue better.

I think, I'm not 100% sure what PCM means though.

Okay, .Wav files are pcm encoded, which is what I use the most, and I can convert all my .mp3 to wav, so I think so.
