When I view a single commit, it gives me the option of adding a comment but it never works, whereas the website would let me do it with no problem....

Some URLs contain the right parenthesis character ). GitHub links cope with parsing these correctly because the Markdown pattern `[....](....)` is greedy. CodeHub, however, stops at the first ) inside...
