Seeing other people's repository in Repositories -> Owned

When I tap into "Repositories -> Owned", I see multiple repositories that I do not own. They are identical repositories forked from a common repo by different users.

In fact, I had to upgrade to Pro to visit them although they are made public by their owners. This is quite strange.

Since I didn't find a related issue, I suspect there might be a bug.
