Add support for non-Meetup event sources

Google events are the most likely candidate; Probably this would mean adding support for .ics format. Good in principle and in theory, priority depends on how much actual demand there is among current/prospective Laddr users.

We dont use Meetup and for scheduling future events, we use Google Calendar.
