Buzz Not Appearing

Tried to log buzz for CyclePhilly project. Did not receive any error messages but it never appeared on the project page or home page. When I tried to resubmit it for the same article, it said that buzz had already been logged for the link provided.

@AcriCAA Buzz get inserted into timelines at their publication date, not the date you logged them. So if you were backfilling something from a few months ago it might be way down in your feed. See if you can scroll down and find it, or search for it from the search box. Let me know if that turns out to be the case

Ahhh. Thanks. I found it. However, It's showing a Jan. 10 publication date even though it was 10/5/2015.

Also I've been noticing some random Euro € type characters showing up in posts. There's one in this one. Not sure if it could possibly be related.
