Bug: Property search list view does not display properties on outdated Chrome browser

During testing, a user's older Macbook running an outdated version of Google Chrome did not display any results on the list view of the property search after filter criteria were applied. When the page is first accessed without applying any filters, the property list shows up, but disappears after filter criteria are applied.

To Reproduce

1. On the Find Properties page, observe that properties will show up in the list view before any filters are applied
2. Select 'Filter' and apply any number of filters
3. Click 'Filter' again, property tiles will show up on the map but the list view is blank and displays a Technical Difficulties error message. If a property tile is selected from the map, no information about that property is displayed
