Implement multi-language support

Having additional languages, especially Spanish, would be a bonus.

  • How could we translate what data already exists?
  • How could we translate new services?
  • How could we implement translated data into the current DB?

For the time being, we'll rely on the browser handling language translation. We'll just be ensuring that it doesn't translate information we don't want it to translate.
