Readme is outdated

Since I've taken over this project, I've made changes that means that the readme is outdated. I should probably update this.

@CodeFoodPixels is the readme still out of date? I ask because it says "Go to the Integrations Page and Click +Add Integration button" but, it doesn't show Eufy Robovac at all.

I've installed the repo in HACS yet I can't find it in integrations.
