No files, at least in v0.105 there's a web UI for that (something like Settings / Configuration > Integration / Devices / Entities). 
I was not able to reproduce this. Can you give me the exact MQTT command incl. payload you have sent to your SPZB0001 please? Nevermind, I can confirm this issue...
