I am having problems when trying to export, sign or upload to TestFlight my application

To Reproduce

1. Archive Project
2. Try to Validate or Submit to TestFlight

Expected Behavior

I am not sure what is the problem. Not an expert. I don't know if I am missing something obvious. Appreciate the help :)
