🐞 Branch selector overlay falls off the screen

Description

The branch selector overlay falls off the screen when there is overflow and scroll is not possible.

To Reproduce

1. In a project with a lot of branches open the branch selector.
2. Notice you cannot scroll past the bottom of the screen.

Expected behavior

The height of the overlay should not exceed the screen bounds (with a little padding) and the user should be able to scroll within the overlay.
