✨ Release app via GitHub Actions workflow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Once the project is at a stage ready to be released, it would be nice to have an app bundle to download.

Describe the solution you'd like Once GitHub Actions provides macOS 12 runners, a workflow could be used to automatically build and release the app (e.g. on GitHub Releases), e.g. whenever a new tag is pushed.
