✨ Hide Status Bar

Description

Users should have the ability to hide the Status Bar.

In the View menu "Hide Status Bar" should be added. (Show Status Bar when status bar is hidden)

[!NOTE] Remember to adjust editor insets when shown or hidden if necessary.

[!NOTE] Toggling this will only apply to the workspace in focus
