✨ Reveal file in the middle of Project Navigator

Description

In the current version, it only reveals the selected file (not visible in Project Navigator) near top or bottom edge of the outline view if the auto reveal setting is on. In VSCode, the file is brought to the center of the outline view if it is outside of the frame of the outline view when becoming active. As well in Xcode, it supports a hotkey (⌘⇧J) to reveal the file to the middle.
