🐞 Tab Bar and Path Bar divider and background colors too prominent

Description

After PR #1080, the Tab Bar and Path Bar divider and background colors are now too prominent.

We need to make these colors less prominent to be consistent with Xcode.

Note: The tab bar background color may be showing through to make the divider color appear lighter. If this is the case, the divider color may not need to be changed.

You can use .background(.bar) to get the correct background color.
