✨ Configuration to adjust terminal line height

Describe the solution you'd like

This configuration variable will adjust the amount of spacing in between each line. This will be a multiple of the line height itself.

Examples

Value	Description
1	no spacing in between lines
1.5	a half of a lines height between lines
2	a full lines height in between lines

Note: We are not limited to the three values above, they are just examples to illustrate how this will work.

This cannot currently be completed as a prerequisite for this is issue #311 from the SwiftTerm repository. I'll leave the link here for anyone who might be more knowledgable on the subject and can take a look. I might poke around at it a bit as well when I have the time.
