🐞 Expanding drawer should expand above tab bar and path bar

Description

When the terminal is open to the maximum height, the sidebar and central part must be at the same height, as can be seen from the images.

To Reproduce

1. Open the drawer
2. Click the expand button
3. Notice the top of the drawer is beneath the tab bar and breadcrumbs bar.

Expected behavior

The top of the drawer should sit just below the toolbar at the top of the window.
