✨ Toggle preview visibility in Quick Open overlay

Users should have the ability to hide overlay previews if preferred.

There should be a toggle to turn on and off the preview at the top right of the quick open overlay.

Clicking this toggle, changes the symbols appearance and hides the preview as shown below.

Xcode does this here:

@austincondiff I'm pretty sure this is fixed, but this does bring up a new bug where the preview/text view turns blank when it is toggled.
