Progress Bar flipped if text center is to long

Progress bar appears to flip back and forth depending on length of text center. See attached images. Top one is without text center. Bar loads from green to red/left to right. Bottom one with a long number is flipped. Still loads from green to red but now is right to left. Now with a two digit number it flips back and loads properly.

Further info. It appears to flip if it is 1 digit or more than 2 digits. Only if it is exactly 2 digits does it display properly.
