cant get factions relation color placeholder (or any other papi ones) to work

I'm halfway configuring my tablist when I find that no placeholderapi placeholders work, even though ive done /papi ecloud download factions etc. any idea why it doesn't work?

Please use the /btlp status command to check whether BungeeTabListPlus can connect to the bridge plugin.

I am currently only running hub and smp for testing. the bridge works because I can use ranks / perms etc. I am running java 8 with paper spigot 1.12.1

Have you checked whether the placeholder works using /papi parse as explained on the wiki page?

Also note that there are built-in factions placeholders in BungeeTabListPlus, which work without PlaceholderAPI and will be preferred over the ones from PlaceholderAPI (if they have the same name).

What ate those placeholders? Id be interested to know if they work with massivecfaft factions

Ive just looked and the built in ones dont have enoigh detail etc

Tried those steps again but still wont parse. Ill see if its an issue with papi
