Offline mode Icon Support

Hey,

I do run a Offline-Mode Bungeecord Server and I want to get the Playerhead Icons in the tablist. but nothing does work for me. Is there a way to set the Icons without a Clientside Mod?

If there is, could you explain it or include it in your plugin?

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done on the server. Offline mode players can't see the icons. That is client behavior and cannot be changed. I'm guessing the idea behind it is that when there is no internet (i.e. only legitimate reason for using offline mode) then the icons cannot be downloaded from Mojang servers.

Can a legit player get head icon when logging in to the offline server ? Why or why not ?

They can if you trick the client into thinking the server is in online mode. Some authentication plugins have a feature for authenticating legit players with mojang servers. That will do the trick.

Wow, this is old. I forgot if I tested it, but does SkinsRestorer change the TabList-Skin?

I don't know a running Mod for für newest Versions. But I think I got it working for Premium Players with FastLogin and SkinsRestorer.
