Update MediaStore

Add a method to update MediaStore..

hello @umairayub79, yeah adding a method to update the media store will be a good way to go, and I will do that but can you tell me a practical reason why you particularly need such a method, it will help in the process to create a method that can satisfy all needs

@CodeBoy Some Phones take about 10 to 20 minutes to trigger MediaStore rescan... And MediaFacer is returning deleted files because MediaStore is not updated
