Do you support Collections?

Not exactly but we have "DirectoryPages" which can do almost the same things.

Does this mean it is not possible to configure the permalink structure differently for different "collections"? How do I have a different output folder structure depending on different source collections (e.g. _posts vs _pages)?

I must admit that I don't know, I haven't used them at all. I wanted to add the real collections but haven't got the time...
