Fetch from Github -

Should we use the RSS feeds built into Github and polling, or an API (Github has a restful API). Fetch messages from the Organization chain or specific information? https://github.com/organizations/Code52

Set up method to receive messages and work with the API to send them.

Should we publish to Github?

We may need to make more issues to separate specific parts out.
