Map to users in external systems

Allow a Jabbr user to claim their Twitter handle or GitHub account etc. it might work like this:

/msg jibbr claim [email protected]

To claim your Twitter account, send a DM to @jibbr with text "ASJDSKJDLSINDLASICW" in the next 10 minutes

other accounts from other systems could be used as well. This allows the jibbr to say things like:

@wolfbyte opened a new issue: (details of issue)

Actually since we all use the same names everywhere I guess it doesn't matter
