No mouse input registered or displayed

2.3.13 - There are no options to enable or disable mouse input and no mouse input is being displayed when clicking LMB, MMB, RMB or rolling the MMB up or down.

Hello. Apparently this happen by design and doesn't seem to be an accident as Mouse settings were completely removed - this is an unpleasant surprise for me, I loved the app will all the options I worked with in the last years May I have access to older versions? I use to have some but discovered that the executable somehow disappeared... Thank you.
