Pressing Enter while in Chrome shows something about "Open the Chrome"

Normally pressing Enter (for example in Notepad) looks like this:

But when I press Enter while Chrome has the focus, it looks like this:

This is annoying. did anyone find a work around for this?

Delete the .yml file under Keymaps. In windows you can find it in AppData/Local/carnac.
