Ctrl + Alt doesn't display at all

I use a piece of software (ZBrush) which requires me to use Ctrl + Alt plus left click drag on the screen, and carnac doesn't display the Ctrl + Alt + left lick drag. After releasing the left click, it just registers as a left click and the Ctrl + Alt are ignored. Ctrl + Alt plus any other key are registered and display fine. Is there any way to add that? Awesome little app, by the way, loving it!

Another suggestion, it would also be great if a held down key stroke or mouse click was registered as "Ctrl + Space (hold)", or "Ctrl + Left click (hold)" for example.
