Hi, I look for the same think a keymap combination between Shift en Left click mouse button, don't find how to write the left click in the keymap

Hi which version are you using? The default carnac does not track and display mouse clicks. Until my PR get merged you can try my Fork https://github.com/bfritscher/carnac/releases . As I understand it keymaps are to translate key combinations into more helpful text.
