mailto links with a subject don't render in the preview pane correctly.

Was recently using MarPad to edit some markdown for an OctoPress blog and noticed that a mailtomailto: link was not rendering correctly.

    [Email me something cool](mailto:[email protected]?subject=Something cool).

The above was being rendered as straight text instead of as a hyperlink.

When I build using octopress it correctly renders the mailto link.
