Give users an easy way to report issues

Right now, we have a link to user voice, which is a great platform. I would like to encourage users to take advantage of it, but it requires them to login and create an issue.

I think the app should have a highly visible link that says "Report a problem". That could lead the user to a page with a few buttons to choose from e.g. "Arrival time is wrong", "App is broken", "Bus service issue", "Other". Clicking on the button would first post to our API so we have a record of the complaint, then direct to user voice or to gohrt.com or something else.
