Detect bad data and warn the user

If the bus checkins are all old, something is wrong with the app and the user should be alerted that the data is probably wrong.

Another way that the app breaks is the raw data from HRT starts wrongly associating the routes with the buses. We can detect this by sanity checking the buses on a route with what part of the region they are in (peninsula or southside). This might be something that needs to be implemented on the server side.
