Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Scrolling back up on long pages can be annoying, especially on mobile. It takes too long to manually scroll all the way to the top.

Describe the solution you'd like A small "Scroll to Top" button that appears after you scroll down a bit. When clicked, it smoothly takes you back to the top of the page.

Please assign this issue to me under GSSoC-Extd and Hacktoberfest so I can start working on it.

@arushi2610, I followed the contributing guidelines, but the project isn't starting. I'm getting errors like "no index.js file" or similar missing files/modules issues. Could you help with this?
