Footer enhancement

The footer doesn't have a proper design. I believe that with my UI/UX web design experience, I can bring you an attractive footer design. Could you please assign me this issue?

So the changes I would like to make is in the footer by changing the background color, and placing the elements in an alligned manner and changing colors related to theme. Could you please assign me this issue?
