FEAT : Assign me this Blog section for the site.
I was thinking to add a blog section where important blogs from different mentors could be stored as it could explain more about the mentor as well as it will help student for guidance.
I was thinking to add this want your suggestions.
Also its a bit complex as 1 i have to maintain json files 2-blog cards 3-advance css
could take time but would try my best to do in time.
Also would be great if you assign labels hacktoper accepted, gssoc extended, level 3

@vashujoshi don't worry you will get points of your prev pr. And also don't worry about levels 2 or 3, we are here for this.

@vashujoshi I have assigned you this issue. Make the Blogs button appear under the quick links below the Careers button. Pressing it shall redirect the user to a separate page. Use separate files for your contribution. @SaurabhS55 please put the labels here.
