There is no claim form

Dear friends

According to this issue https://github.com/CocoaPods/trunk.cocoapods.org/issues/468 and no response to it, we decided to dig into procedure of claim package and stick it with another mail. BUT! The claim form return 404 https://trunk.cocoapods.org/claims/new :cry:
