Support trunk unpublish

I'm experiencing this issue. https://github.com/CocoaPods/trunk.cocoapods.org/issues/279 and yet I found a similar issue. https://github.com/CocoaPods/cocoapods-trunk/issues/146 from Datadog

Would it be possible to support unpublishing the entire package if there's no active usage for a period of time? I'm not sure what kind of PR I should draft. Given the response from the member https://github.com/CocoaPods/trunk.cocoapods.org/issues/279#issuecomment-602914237

Could anyone help me with it? I'm desperate to have trademark-protected name into our eco-system
