Removed the ServiceSDK podspec form the repo.

This podspec has not been updated in years and the git repo associated with it has been removed. https://cocoapods.org/pods/ServiceSDK

It conflicts with a heavy used private spec and is causing support issues: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.service_sdk_ios.meta/service_sdk_ios/ios_install_sdk_cocoapods.htm

Can this be removed?
