flauncher Stuck on loading

Device: Nvidia Shield 2017 16GB version Android TV Version: 9 If I format an external storage drive as internal storage. Move apps to the newly formatted internal storage and restart my device, Flauncher is stuck on loading and doesn't load anything until after I force close Flauncher and open again, As if it can't detect the newly formatted internal storage on startup or have the correct permissions for newly formatted drive, Maybe something to do with app permissions on newly formatted internal storage? Yet I went to Apps and checked Flauncher's permissions, There wasn't any permissions I could set or change.

Well now it's just stuck on "Loading" without an external storage device attached.

Ok well I figured one issue out, Even without an external storage device attached and apps migrated to the storage device, If you disable Plex app it will prevent FLauncher from loading. Very strange.

Well after a month and no fix, I have moved on to another launcher.

Sorry for not taking a look at this sooner, I was busy with other projects. I'll try to reproduce this issue, though it seems very specific.
