[FEATURE]: Extended role permissions for assets

Implement a permissions editing interface, similar to the one used in the Content tab, to manage access permissions for assets folders. This feature would allow administrators to set permissions at the folder level, or optionally, for specific files. Folder-level permissions would suffice as a starting point.

Assets are connected to specific models or its items and access should be restricted in the same way as it is in content.
