[Feature] Restricted set of allowed components in pages

Currently, I can adjust the allowed components in a Layout Builder field in a collection or singleton but i'm missing the option for pages. Is it possible to introduce some kind of a per-page settings part similar to SEO where I can adjust the allowed root components for a specific page?
