Let user block their own draw temporarily

When playing with paper cards, for cards like Lotus Blossom or cards with Rebound, one often puts a counter or die on their library to remind them to take upkeep actions. In Cockatrice, it's very easy in one motion to click Click Untap, Double-click Draw, Click Main Phase and go right past your optional triggers. It would be nice to have a Library option to toggle inhibiting draws, similar to how we toggle untap normally for creatures. You would still be able to draw by the Library context menu or by toggling the inhibit off.
