Various issues on High-DPI / 4K screens

when opening any zone on a 4k monitor with high dpi (288), the window for the zone is significantly too small for its content, and the card images don't scale like they do on the battlefield

We really need to rewrite all the gui code to have responsive layouts instead of fixed-width by pixel

the user triggrhappy0#0722 reported on our discord (original message) that the following workaround solved at least some of the the problems on high dpi screens when using windows:

Right-click Cockatrice.exe > Properties Compatibility tab > Change high DPI Settings High DPI Scaling override > System (Enhanced)
