numpy 2 in tests

Remove "numpy<2" in travis.yaml once classy updated. (https://github.com/lesgourg/class_public/issues/584; all of Cobaya/CAMB/getdist should already be compatible). And possibly change classy back to using tagged build rather than master.

I now switched to not installing classy on py12/numpy2 tests
