Ugly scrolling effect on windows 10

Did not test on other windows versions / debugview++ version 1.8.0.44

reproduce: load a file with msbuild output and look for the word 'error', now press F3 to go to the next entry. it will happen soon enough... (note: the effect is visible only for a very short time, it was fairly difficult to obtain this screenshot)
