Add KITE tests

add integration testing, and run it automatically as part of the unit testing as well.

• [ ] make KITE tests configurable (cmak'ify them)

• [x] add Appium node support as a CTest step
• [x] add compiling KITE tests as a CTest step
• [x] add running KITE as a CTest step
• [ ] cover vendors builds
