[Feature]: Only allow game host to use the in-game game speed slider, or remove it completely

Often other players (who aren't the game host) are changing the game speed using the game speed slider once the game loads. This disrupts the game heavily w constant game speed changes and for everyone's game to keep up w the changes.

Only allow the game host to change the game speed in-game
Describe alternatives you've considered
Remove the game speed slider completely in multiplayer - to avoid abuse from any players (game host included)

Oh, I see PR #53 that closes the issue and implementation in current develop branch of the YR client package.
