Updater window can not shrink file name if it is too long

Description

Updater window can not shrink file name if it is too long.

XNA Client Version

YR v8.74.0 / XNA Client v2.12.7

Steps To Reproduce

1. Initiate updating process
2. Get updated file with too long name

Expected Behaviour

File name should be shrank to something like bla-bla\8_oil...origina.map

Actual Behaviour

File name displayed full no matter what the length
