Show a stand out announcement message

Fetches an announcement from a remote URL and shows the text in the CnCNet lobby upon joining.

  • Inserts into the CnCNet Lobby as a new message.
  • Customisation over the URL and colour of text with the following keys:
CnCNetAnnouncementURL=
CnCNetAnnouncementColorRGB=

Isn't this a Message of the day/on join message not a announcement, for it it be a announcement it would have to appear when something has just been announced An announcement also implies it has a checking system, which checks either X times in X minutes for a new announcement while keeping track of the last or a system that pings the client to get the announcement

@Rampastring Yes I'd be more happy if you could add in the multi-threading for this, I can then see how it's added for future use.
